Problem
Trying to transfer pics from camera to computer. Do I use the same connector that I use to charge the camera via the computer? Message that i get when i try to do this is, "a connected device can not be found"
Solution
- YUP THE SAME CABLE.
"A CONNECTED DEVICE CANNOT BE FOUND MEAN YOU HAVE TO INSTALL DRIVER/SOFTWARE.
YOU MUST HAVE A CD/DVD PROVIDED AFTER BUY THE CAMERA. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THAT IDENTIFIED YOUR CAMERA BRAND AND SERIES, AFTER THAT TYPE THE MODEL AND SERIES PLUS "DRIVER" AFTER THE MODEL AND SERIES. IF YOU DONT HAVE THE CD AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIND THE SOFTWARE I MENTION PLZ TELL ME YOUR MODEL, EXE CANON 9000 - If your connecting the camera via the usb cable you will need the drivers for the camera to be recognised by the pc. Do you have the disk that came with it? If not, try here and download the easy share software.
