PROBLEM
I need to know how to reset the ink level counter of the Canon MP160. It says " Low ink" when I just refilled the ink tanks. Please help. I need the tricks or software that resets the counter.

- If you hold the resume/stop button on the printer for 10 seconds when you go to print it shouldn't give you anymore messages about that cartridge. This printer never forgets a cartridge and you may have to do it for each one you buy, unless you always refill the same one. For a PC you can disable the status monitor of the ink by going into control panel, printers & faxes then right clicking on your printer. click properties. pick the maintenance tab then "view printer status" button. click option the click enable status monitor .. then click OK. If you do this your printer will never tell you if ink is low anymore.
