PROBLEM
Hi my bb pearl won't ring anymore. it was working fine then it just stoped wanting to ring. anyone know what to do. i checked all the settings and everything is activated and on loud.
SOLUTION
- Blackberries are famous for requiring the "take battery out and put back in" proceedure to reset things. Give it a try if you have not yet.
- Okay I had the same problem, if you have a Blackberry 8100, go to media, video files, and play a video...if you have no sound tap the top button once quickly (it's the silver buttonon top which has a speaker icon on it with a line go through it,if you still hear no sound use the volume keys on the sound and you should hear the video playing, which in turn will turn on all you volumes for you phone to ring etc.
- Yep, the battery reboot just worked for me on this same problem.
