PROBLEM
Battery loses charge very quickly on my KU990 Viewty. Not getting any helpful support from LG (is there such a thing as "unhelpful support?).
SOLUTION
- Have you made sure the bluetooth is switched off? because this drains the battery quickly
- My viewty dies REALLY quickly if I charge it using the USB cable or my LG310 charger. If I charge like this then it last about 1-2 hours... When I charge it using the wall charger then it lasts a day or 2 so I guess it must be something to do with the way the other charge or the USB cable work... Very strange I know but happens everytime.
- The first day a got my LG viewity it was doing the same fine completely dead the next morning but I turned it off and recharged it until it was FULL then i havent had that problem since. Its good to activate Power Saver too
