PROBLEM
my sansa e250 will not turn on the screen stays black and the blue bar is responding when i spin it (lights up.) I can turn it on and it off so it does not light up and it lights up when I hit the power button to turn it on but not off
SOLUTION
- Hey if u r mp3 player doesn't go on,then press the power botton for 20-30 sec. and if that doesn't also works then connect it on u r computer and press it for 30 sec. I had that problem many times and it works.
- I found the solution to our problem!! and it is very easy. Take the 4 screws off the back. Remove the battery. Press the on/off switch and all the others on the front. Replace the battery and the screws.
